Hello, virtual world! 👋

I’m Cait,
a “serial empath,”
lover, giver, and daydreamer.

Over 10 years ago, I embarked on my Tarot journey. It began as a way to explore the magic in an often mundane world, allowing me to connect deeply with my soul and subconscious so I can better interact with the world around me.

Tarot became my meditative practice, encouraging self-reflection through readings, journaling, and spending time with my thoughts and feelings. In the hustle and bustle of daily life, finding moments for ourselves is rare. Creating this sacred space for myself was transformational in my personal growth and self-discovery. The cards were the mirror reflecting my life back to me; I learned to better accept messages from the universe and find clarity on each path I chose to take.

During my 200-hour yoga teacher training, it was clear that blending my passions for Tarot and Yoga was the perfect fit. I started creating yoga flows inspired by the Minor Arcana suits and knew I’d take it to the Major Arcana next. I’ve been lucky to have a beautiful community to practice these classes with at Prague Yoga Collective (the mothership). It took two years to complete 🐢, as my focus was primarily on my full-time job, prioritizing my self practice, a packed social schedule, and I only taught one class per week at that time.

After getting laid off from my fancy IT job in January, I traveled Southeast Asia for a couple months and then decided to pursue Tarot Yoga further. I move very slowly 🐌 so it’s not been a quick transition by any means, but I’m very happy I’ve been able to have the time to work on this project and dedicate more energy to it. By moving into a larger flat, I was able to transform the space into a mini studio where I can host private sessions for yoga, tarot, the combination of the two and some events in the future.

My mission is to promote SELF LOVE AND SELF CARE through various rituals and naturopathic healing practices. Join me on this journey and help me spread the love! 🌎💫

Tarot cards are a tool for self-reflection, discovery, and meditative thought to better understand ourselves and our surroundings.

Combining it with yogic philosophies has been rewarding, profound and gave me a whole new toolbox to find magic and healing in my life.
