Announcing our July LTY ceremony! 🦌🌝

Together let’s welcome July’s full moon - the Buck moon - which will be in Capricorn. We’ll pair the soft, introspective qualities of Cancer (the current season) with the bold, grounding strength in Capricorn. Think of topics like: rising up with steadiness, building more strength and confidence, new growth in a sense of long-term planning.

And this time, we’ll be able to practice this ritual exactly on the date the moon is full - July 10th! 🙌

🌞 With the summertime energy and sun setting later, the yoga nidra portion has changed to just being a long savasana (with assists! 💆).

The ceremony will consist of:

• Discussion of the Buck Full Moon and its spiritual meanings. And how to integrate these themes into our lives during the next moon cycle.

• Grounding pranayama to tap into the earth element.

• Themed meditation and visualization.

• Light journalling.

• Mini Yoga flow.

• XXL Savasana.

• Everyone pulls one card.

• More tea and food served afterwards. 🍽️

🕡 Doors open from 18:15 and the ceremony will start at 18:45.

🕘 The event lasts for 2 hours, but with the option to stay longer for refreshments and socializing.

Attendees! Please note the following:

• Please bring your own yoga mat.

• Wear clothes you are comfortable to practice yoga in. And a change of clothes if you prefer.

• Bring a journal for your reflections and intention setting.
